This elegant guy was cleaning his glasses at Smålandsgatan the other day. The frame fits him very good, especially the color which is a slightly transparent nuance of olive green.
More color to the people! I’m quite tired of all tortoise nuances that have been all over…

Oliver Goldsmith designed the crazy Uuksuu sunglass in 1964 and now Claire Goldsmith, his great granddaughter remakes the cool sunglass frame. The acetate shape is slightly rounded butterfly but the lens in squareish.
My dear friend Frida works at Oliver Goldsmith in London. This summer we both ordered the same sunglass – without even knowing it! Frida has the Mint Choc Chip and I have the Tortoise Split. Great minds think alike.

There was a charity event in Shoreditch, East London for East Africa. There I saw this beautiful girl in vintage Cutler And Gross frames.
Victoria & Albert Museum X Derome & Brenner
At the Victoria & Albert Museum Shop you can buy beautifully handmade jewellery by the French Eyewear brand Derome & Brenner. The jewellery is made out of silver and celloluse acetate which most glasses also are made of. Derome & Brenner has collaborated with Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Yves Saint Laurent.
