Golden Globe Awards 2012

I chose a few of the glasses at the 69th annual Golden Globe Awards. We could see both bold, chunky and retro acetate frames as well as more subtle metal glasses.

New Moscot

At the Silmo fair in Paris last week I had the chance of meeting the awesome guys at Moscot. The New York-based eyewear brand had a few new models to show along with their classic ones.

Beautiful decorations. I love the heads covered with old newspaper.

Fourth generation Moscot: Harvey.

New lovely round frame called Zolman.

SUNGLASS WEEK – Classics

The Classics are a great investment and will look good for many occasions and for many years. If taken good care of, a classic sunframe may be passed down to the next generation. If you find one of these in your parent’s drawers, take great care of it.

These classics have been inspiration for many many sunglasses and still going strong.
