The shape of Garrett Leight and McNeairy’s round metal frame is perfect. The collection, two metal frames made in Japan and one acetate made in America were first seen at Mark McNairy’s SS13 runway show last week.
“We looked back at the incnspicuous weirdos, maniacs, creeps, and people that don’t give a damn what anyone thinks.” McNairy says. Think guys like Aristotle Onasis, Charles Bukowski, Allen Ginsberg, Groucho Marx, even Donald Sutherland as Hawkeye in MASH.
I love the temple tip loop.
The Internet-connected tech-specs, The Google Glass, has been eagerly anticipated.

Say hello to DAISUKE!
Probably the most extravagant sunglass I’ve seen this year, with its one piece curved oversized lens – looking extremely cool on the Bernhard Willhelm show at Paris Fashion Week this year. The frame comes in black – made of MYLON – available with grey, green or gold/mirror lens.
As always from MYKITA: they’re very lightweight.
Amazing cat-eye sunglasses on Proenza Schouler‘s Spring 2012 catwalk! I love the bold shape and the mix of different materials!
Christian Blanken used MYKITA’s sunframe Terrence at London Fashion Week.
