We just found out about the awesome CustomEyes in California. They make you custom made clips for your eyewear and color them any way you want! What a craft!
Very nice artwork by Federico Mauro.
I really love this collage and I want someone to curate a live art exhibition just like this!
Last winter the Russian designer Ulyana Sergeenko showed her collection inspired by Russian folklore and fairytales containing lots of embroidery on clothes, bags and GLASSES! I’m totally in love and bummed out that I haven’t come up with this idea myself!
Thank you to the always inspiring craft blog Zickermans for writing about this! Use Google Translate ; )
Erica at Honestly…WTF has made a tutorial on DIY Embroidered Sunglasses! So I’m definitely trying this!

I love my Palladium from RVS! Superlight and very unique. The lenses are orange and mirror coated. The orange makes everything look 1500 degrees happier, especially with the hot Kerman sun!
The Bazaar of Kerman is from the 16th century, is known for its coppersmiths, and used to have a big bathhouse called Hammam-e Ganj Ali Khan.
Juha, founder of Mahonki; an online store, one day stumbled upon a pair of wooden glasses and was immediately amazed. We at Bonocle love wooden glasses as well as you can read about here, here, here and here. It feels so nice against the skin and the frames are very light.
These are our favorites from Mahonki.
