Her tweet, on the 44th anniversary of the couple’s marriage:

The image of Lennon’s bloodied spectacles, with New York’s Central Park in the background, was also the cover photo of Ono’s 1981 album Season of Glass.

Congratulations to all the winners and to the nominees for the The 85th Academy Awards! Although not many tend to wear their glasses for the red carpet, a few did – and they looked great! Last year we saw many more. I didn’t see any women with glasses though, did you?
