I teamed up with the talented Dominique Hernandez to create a series of photos for the Swedish Optometry Magazine Optik. For this spread I wanted to use regular eyewear and not only sunglasses just because it was a summer issue. Stay tuned for more photos!

We’re completely in love with RVS by V, Turkish eyewear brand offering handmade eyewear. We’ve been reading about them a lot but not until very recently we finally got the chance to touch them and try them on for real. They are so cool, definitely one of the hottest brands out there.
When RVS by V say they’re handmade, they really mean handmade. They don’t even have any catalogues showing any collections, because they custom made every collections! Here we’re wearing two custom made Palladium, and we LOVE them!

The frames come in a hard box, together with a soft handmade eyewear sleeve.
Feather light thin and light yet a lot of attitude thanks to the mirror lenses.
The best costume party of 2012 was Hyper Island‘s Raw Vintage Party last weekend in Püssy A GoGo‘s cellar in Old Town in Stockholm!
The whole place looked like the catwalk of a fancy thrift shop in London. My favorites happened to use eyewear as accessories! This is me (!) by the way in my Graz special edition J.E.R sunglasses. You can call me Lady Yaya!

Wow! What a weekend! Me and Jasmin have been hanging out with these amazing people the whole weekend, showing them the very best of Stockholm. Garrett and Elena from Garrett Leight California Optics and Graz from Graz Studios are here in Stockholm to celebrate BÃ¥gar & Glas 30’s anniversary with trunk shows and anniversary party.
