This is my favorite eyewear advertising picture of all times. Made by Oliver Peoples, sending out the message of handmade products by Working Opticians. Simply amazing, as the brand Oliver Peoples was founded by Larry Leight – an optician himself. It all started with selling vintage frames in his boutique and became later on à own eyewear brand with worldwide recognition.
Federico at work, having a small coffee break. Federico is a graphic designer and illustrator – always wearing his Oliver Peoples “Riley” in Matte Dark Mahogany when working. Suits him perfectly well!
What is old is new. There are several glasses in a 1920’s or 1930’s type of style. They are so beautiful and classic. Traditionally made metal frames in a slightly droopy round shape, delicate details in the metal and tortoise colored rims.
